Construction of Bodily Discourse in Powder Keg
Powder Keg played an important role in creating and circulating a bodily discourse at the Depot, through which men could reaffirm and display their manhood. The paper did this through three major avenues: the objectification of women, the creation of sexual identites, and the creation of physical identities.
